All screens are made to order, this desk divider screen is a Galaxy 40,45 or 50cm high (Just send us a message with you preference,)desk screen with DT2 light grey clamps and edges.

All the fabric and foam components are flame retardant to BS476, Part 7, Class 1 or BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 (Cigarette), BS 5852 Part 1 source 1 (Butane Flame).

Order Process

This order will be processed for manufacturer once fully paid for within 1 working days. Orders received and fully paid for before 4.30pm will be processed the same day, Orders placed at the weekend or on UK Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

You will be notified by ebay email (email the seller) when your product has been dispatched. If you are not in to receive the delivery the driver will leave a calling card and will try to redeliver. If you are still not in the delivery will be returned to the manufacturers depot and we will contact you to arrange a delivery point. This may incur an additional charge of upto £15.

Goods return

We offer a 7 days back to base money back guarantee if the goods we supply are not as described or unfit for the purpose they were intended. These screens are made to order & supplied direct to you from the manufacturer. They are non returnable if ordered incorrectly.

Damage

Please checked your goods immediately upon receipt, the manufacturers driver has been instructed to help you with this checking process. In the event of your items being received damaged you must sign the paperwork as such and inform us of the damage straight away. Damage reported after this checking process will not be accepted.

In the unlikely event of goods arriving damaged and reported to the driver a replacement order will be delivered to you as quick as possible but in any event we will email you using the ebay (email the seller) service and keep you fully updated.

Customer service

As soon as your order is processed it will be ordered direct from the manufacturers who normally take 1 working days to manufacture the goods, the goods are then sent to the courier (TNT Express) and delivery is normally within 1-3 working days. A maximum of 5-6 working days to process, manufacturer & deliver. These screens are MADE TO ORDER & supplied direct to you from the manufacturer.
